During the Fall of 2022, my Marketing Consulting class looked into the Fast Casual Restaurant(FCR) industry to make recommendations to our respective FCRs to increase revenue. Working as “Cula Consulting,” my team was given Taco Bell as our client for this project.

We started with an industry overview and analysis of the client to identify weak areas to improve upon.

Since, we have started to run regressions on previously collected data to identify weaknesses from a data standpoint.

We then interviewed Taco Bell customers to gain qualitative data to analyze along with performing data mining on Yelp reviews to gain more insight into customer experiences.

The Big Takeaway: Taco Bell should establish a reputation as a customer-centric industry leader.

To do this, Taco Bell should improve technology, make strategic location decisions, and prioritize customer needs.
