During the fall of 2022 my Social Media & PR class has partnered with Whole Foods Market for a 15-week campaign that centers around driving awareness, consideration, improving loyalty, and repeat use among patrons.
During the initial phase of our project, we recommend three influencers who we believe would increase awareness and consideration of Whole Foods among their following.
Moving on, our team conducted two interviews with Whole Foods Market partners to better understand their perceptions of their company as well as their social media habits.
We then conducted interviews with Whole Foods customers to better understand shopping habits, perception of the brand's in-store experience, and consumer values.
As our final step, we pitched three social campaigns to the Whole Foods team: #HeartstoHomes, #WFHolidayHunt, and #WholeTakeover.
